What we collect

When you ask for prices: your name and the email or phone you give us, and the date you agreed we may contact you.

When you send a message: your name, email or phone, and your message.

Nothing else is collected unless you allow analytics (below).

Why

To show you our prices, answer your message, and follow up about storage at Best Self Storage. Only our office sees it. We never sell or share it, and we don't use it for advertising.

Cookies

After you ask for prices, two cookies remember that for one year, so you don't have to fill in the box again. They only work on this site.

Google Analytics counts visits only if you choose Allow in the bar at the bottom of the page. You can change your mind any time with Cookie choices at the foot of every page. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as No thanks.

Rent payments and tenant accounts

Paying rent, reserving a unit and your tenant login happen in our office system (Syrasoft). Those pages are covered by Syrasoft's own terms; this website never sees your login or card details.
